Prelude Piano's Studio Policy: 

Competitions, Festivals and Exams:

Please contact Annamayil if you are interested in enrolling your student in competitions, festivals, exams, or other performance opportunities.

Studio Expectations:

Consistent practice is essential for musical growth and progress. Families are encouraged to stay in regular communication with Annamayil regarding appropriate practice length, goals, and strategies for each student.

Students are expected to arrive on time for lessons and bring all necessary books, music, and materials to each class.

Missed Lessons:

Consistent attendance is an important part of a student’s musical development.

If a student needs to miss a lesson, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed lessons without notice, are not eligible for a make-up lesson.

It is understood that unexpected illnesses and emergencies can arise with little or no notice. In these situations, please communicate as soon as reasonably possible. Last-minute circumstances will be handled with consideration and on a case-by-case basis. However, lessons missed without timely communication or for circumstances that could reasonably have been communicated earlier are not eligible for a make-up.

Make-up lessons are subject to availability. If multiple reasonable make-up options are offered and declined, the lesson will be considered forfeited. If a scheduled make-up lesson is missed or cancelled by the student, an additional make-up will not be offered.

If Annamayil must cancel a lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled.​

Tuition:

Tuition is due in full at the beginning of each semester and reserves the student’s weekly lesson time for that semester.

Prelude Piano Studio follows the Eanes ISD calendar.

Fall Semester: 16 lessons
Spring Semester: 16 lessons
Summer Semester: 6 lessons

The Summer Semester is highly recommended to help students maintain consistency and continue progressing between school years, but summer enrollment is not required.​

Tuition is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for missed lessons, cancellations, or withdrawal after the semester has begun.
